What our 90, 100 and 120 m² designs may cost
The three indicative home prices, what sits outside them and why a site-specific total can differ.
The current Ready.Steady.Home range has three indicative home prices. They are a starting point for comparing proposed designs, not a quote for a finished project on a particular block.

What changes the total
Land is not included. Foundations, delivery access, connections, planning requirements and other site works depend on the block. Compare the home price and a site-specific allowance separately rather than treating the published figure as an all-in total.
Compare like with like
- Check the exact design and floor plan
- Ask what finishes and appliances are included
- Identify site works, delivery and service connections
- Confirm approval and certification responsibilities
- Request a written scope and exclusions before any future contract
